Once you place your order, please print out your order confirmation and include it in the box when you ship your seat pan to us. If you don't have the ability to print your order, please write down your name, order number, and phone number on a piece of paper and include it in the box. Please remove the foam and cover as we will not return them with your order. It is also less expensive to send us your seat pan by itself in a smaller box that weighs less.
